Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and deliver technology and staffing projects with excellence. The Project Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and aligned with client expectations. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, along with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project lifecycle management, from initiation to closure.
• Define project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, including IT consultants, technical staff, and external stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress, track milestones, and proactively resolve risks or issues.
• Ensure compliance with organizational standards, industry best practices, and client requirements.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial tracking for assigned projects.
• Provide regular project updates and reports to stakeholders and leadership.
• Foster collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement within project teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 5+ years of project management experience in IT consulting, technology services, or related industries.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid).
• PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum certification preferred.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
• Experience working with government, financial, healthcare, or education sectors is a plus.
